A powerhouse of precision and perseverance, Daniel Hardman brings a rare mix of athleticism and intellect to the Las Vegas Venom. A former Division I collegiate rugby player, Daniel forged his competitive foundation in one of the most physically demanding team sports—where grit, communication, and relentless effort define success.

Transitioning from the rugby pitch to the CrossFit arena, Daniel quickly rose through the ranks, competing at the Sanctional and Semifinal levels, while simultaneously building his craft as a Collegiate Olympic Weightlifter, coach, and business owner. His diverse background and technical expertise made him one of the original GRID athletes—long before the sport evolved into its current form.

In 2025, Daniel’s talent and leadership were recognized as he was named the Rookie of the Year for the Las Vegas Venom. Now residing in California, he continues to train, coach, and inspire—embodying the discipline, humility, and fire that define the Venom spirit both in and out of competition.
